iLive. M-MMO card not seen by the system if used in Port B of surface with ES card in Port A.

Port A ES mapping (default/reset) is only for the surface I/O 32 channels (plus some for the monitor TB).
This is so any user can quickly ensure that surface audio works correctly at any time.
To configure the M-MMO card you will need to run EtherSound Monitor to perform the necessary routing.
