My Touchscreen Computer (SBC) has stopped working - what can I do?

In the unlikely event of your Touchscreen Computer failing, you should in the first instance contact your dealer or local distributor to take the necessary steps to diagnose the problem and, if required, attain a replacement.

Your iLive system can be used without an operational Touch-screen Computer by running the DL5000SystemManager application which is included in the firmware bundle which can be downloaded from our website.

Equally the system can be run from a computer connected to the system running iLive Editor.

The DL5000SystemManager application can be run on either a PC or Mac as long as they are connected to the iLive system via a CAT5 (aka Ethernet) cable to a NETWORK socket on the iLive system.

To run the application on a PC simply double click DL5000SystemManager.exe

To run the application on a Mac please enter the following command from Terminal:

java –jar  –Xms256M –Xmx580M ./DL5000SystemManager.jar


Please Note: The above requires java to be in the path and the jar file to be in the current directory of the terminal session, otherwise the last part needs to be /path/to/jar/from/root/DL5000SystemManager.jar
