If you are upgrading an M-Dante card from V3.4.15 you will need to update to V3.6.4 with Dante Firmware Update Manager (DFUM) V1.3.2 first.

Audinate have discontinued support for this software but are unable to support the 'stepping stone' update required in their Dante Updater software, so you must use DFUM V1.3.2

For Mac you will require 10.11 (El Capitan), 10.12 (Sierra) or 10.13 (High Sierra).

For Windows you will require Win 7 (SP1), 8.1 or 10. Win 11 is not supported.

However the signing of the DFUM for Windows has expired, so you will need to adjust the date of your computer to any date in the year 2013 in order to install the program. The date can then be set correctly afterwards and the program will continue to run.

If you wish to update further you will need to update your card using DFUM V3.10.0

The same principle will apply if you are using Windows

Be aware that V3.10.0 can be installed on REV3 M-DANTE modules, older REV2 modules are not compatible.

After your card has reached Dante Firmware version V3.9.0 and above it can then be updated using Dante Updater contained within Dante Controller.
