Qu 32x32 Dante Upgrade Installation

The 32x32 Dante Upgrade Add-On doubles the channel count of the Dante connection in any Qu with a Dante port (Qu-5D, Qu-6D, Qu-7D).

There are three steps to the Upgrade.

  1. Update the mixer firmware - The Qu must be running firmware V1.2.0 or later. The latest firmware can be downloaded from https://www.allen-heath.com/resources/ or installed over the air via the Qu-MixPad app. The process is detailed here - Qu Firmware Update Instructions
  2. Update the Dante module firmware - The firmware running on the Dante module (inside the mixer) must be V1.1.0 or later. The latest version of Dante module firmware can be downloaded from https://www.allen-heath.com/resources/ and is installed via a web browser.   3. Purchase and activate the Qu Dante 32x32 Upgrade Add-On - The 32x32 Dante Upgrade can be purchased from the shop here - https://www.allen-heath.com/product/dante-upgrade/.
