I have a  XONE:3D and TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO.
Can I use the time-code CD, or Vinyl , without also using an Audio 8 DJ, or Audio 4 DJ interface?

I have seen that it is working on XONE:4D, using only the internal sound card. Is this also possible with XONE:3D?

Unfortunately, this is not possible with the XONE:3D:
While the full range of Allen&Heath Xone controllers, including the XONE:1D, XONE:2D, XONE:3D, and XONE:4D models are now part of the "TRAKTOR Ready" program, which confirms their comprehensive MIDI control functionality and compatibility for TRAKTOR DJ STUDIO 3 and TRAKTOR PRO, the XONE:4D is currently the only "TRAKTOR SCRATCH Certified" D-Series controller available.
In order to use Native Instruments' time-coded vinyl and CDs without the Audio4/Audio8 DJ interface, all controller interfaces require  TRAKTOR SCRATCH certification 

However, alternative Digital DJ software applications are available which use encoded vinyl and will work with the XONE:3D, including:
