Q: My GS3V is doing strange things in the Mute Processor. Can I do a Hard Reset?

A: Yes, try a hard reset of the mixer which will clear the patches, mix data and general console settings stored in the battery-backed memory and restores the mixer to the factory default settings.

To do this, press and hold the Erase switch while powering on the mixer.  Release after a few seconds.
