The GS-R24 drivers and firmware must be matching in order for the mixer to function correctly, to confirm the correct firmware and drivers are installed, open the Allen & Heath Control Panel, click on the "Info" tab.

If the driver version does not match the Firmware version in this window (with the exception of a Mac system running OSX 10.4, where the Firmware will need to be V 1.20, the driver/firmware package can be downloaded directly from the A&H downloads section and each download will include the correct/matching Firmware and Driver files required to configure the mixer.
