Care should be taken not to mistakenly insert a USB lead (or any other objects) into the X:Link (RJ45) socket found at the back of a Xone:DB4, Xone:DB2, Xone:23C, Xone:43C, Xone:PX5, Xone:96, or Xone:K2, as this can damage the pins and prevent X:link pairing, or cause intermittent signals to be received from the K2.

Prevent this accidentally happening, by using an X:Link blanking plug.
