Known Issues
ID-990 - When updating from V0.9.0 (pre-production) or V1.0.0 firmware, USB storage not already formatted to FAT32 is not recognised and cannot be formatted using the Qu.
ID-1399, ID-1400 - Scene filters icon not displayed in certain situations. This can affect Scenes stored in firmware earlier than V1.1.1.
ID-1388 – Units can pick up a DHCP IP address from the Dante network during boot although Control Network Bridge is turned off. Only affects certain system setups with dual/separate DHCP host connected. Can be resolved via cycling the unit network or use of static addressing.
ID-1394 - Dante PAD switch can fail to disengage a PAD left engaged from a previous session, until preamp gain is adjusted.
ID-1041- PAD not set when insert return assigned to Dante socket.
ID-1528 - Expanders cascaded from a GX4816's DX1 port will not update output patching until the expander is disconnected and reconnected.
Notes
ⓘ Firmware updates are included in the Qu-MixPad app, available for iOS and Android. To carry out an update from Qu-MixPad, ensure the app is up to date, connect to your Qu and follow the on-screen instructions.
ⓘ Firmware can be installed via USB, firmware files are downloaded as a compressed ZIP folder containing a *.bin file. Ensure you have the correct file for the Qu model you are updating.

ⓘ Format your USB device using the Qu mixer format utility. Not all USB devices will be compatible with the Qu mixer. Use the device only for the Qu mixer once you have formatted it and checked it to work correctly with the mixer.
ⓘ If using Qu-MixPad or Qu4You apps, ensure that the first two numbers of the firmware and app versions match.
Qu firmware V1.1.0 and Qu MixPad V1.1.2 are compatible.
Qu firmware V1.0.2 and Qu MixPad V1.1.2 are not compatible.
ⓘ Scenes and shows created with an earlier version of firmware can be recalled on a Qu running more recent firmware releases but scenes and shows created using the latest firmware cannot be recalled on older firmware.
ⓘ Updating firmware will not clear or delete data, but it is best practice to store a Show before carrying out an update.
