We strongly recommend using a dedicated USB flash drive for loading and saving settings, this will need to be a good quality USB key formatted to FAT32 format.

If updating firmware we recommend saving any data on the USB flash drive, formatting the drive in FAT32 then unzip the firmware zip file directly onto the key.

With the USB drive plugged into the DB4 USB port on the top of the mixer, open the Menu and scroll down to FIRMWARE, and select the option  “Load File”, the screen will ask you to confirm that you want to continue. Select “YES” and firmware updating will begin.
