The internal requirements of the iDR-8 and iDR-4 series mixers mean that the maximum available dimensions of the DIN 41494 Part 1 (IEC 297-1 2nd edition) standard are required.

Correspondingly some 19" racks that do not conform to DIN 41494 Part 1 may have difficulties accepting an iDR4/8 unit. 

However, with a rack conforming to the DIN 41494 Part 1 (IEC 297-1 2nd edition), there should not be a problem.

If you encounter problems with the fitting of our product into 19" racking we suspect that the racking is not to tolerance.
You should be able to verify this by measuring the clearance between the internal faces of the mounting flanges on your rack are a minimum of 450mm apart.
