If you can't see your mixer in the unit finder window of any of our connectivity apps and have followed all the instructions to connect to the same network then there may be a problem with your devices network access settings.
To check, on your iOS device go to;
Settings - Privacy and Security - Local Network and turn on the all of your Allen & Heath apps or reinstall the app and pay attention to and accept the information below;

This app will be able to discover and connect to devices on the networks you use.
