Please use an external 12v power supply to verify that the LEDlamp is working correctly.
The power for the LEDlamp comes from the Audio board PCB and is 10V DC.
It has been known for the screw on the socket to become loose, this screw provides the grounding, tightening this screw will resolve the problem.
