Internet Explorer. Log-In Problems to Technical Support Pages.

Some Internet Explorer users may need to enable 3rd party cookies from our website to successfully login
(users of Chrome or Firefox should not be affected by this issue.)


In Internet Explorer follow these steps:

  • Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options from the drop down menu:



  • Select the Privacy tab and then click the Sites button:



  • In the Address of website text field enter http://allen-heath.helpserve.com and press the Allow button:



  • Hit the OK button to finish the process:





You should now be able to log in to the Technical Support area, 
if you still experience problems then please Submit a Ticket.
