iLive. Connection Problems / Network Reset?

All 3 elements of an iLive system, the iDR MixRack, the Surface CPU and the Touchscreen computer,
can have their network settings reset to the factory default.


We recommend that all 3 resets are performed to ensure that all the factory defaults are recalled.

To perform a
network reset on the iDR MixRack:
Power OFF.
1. Push small pin through Reset hole. There is a momentary switch inside. Check that the switch is NOT latching
2. Hold the switch in.
3. Power ON – hold the switch in for 15sec.
4. Release switch.

Mix rack network address is now set to 192.168.1.1



To perform a network reset on the iLive Surface:
Power OFF.
1. Push small pin through Reset hole. There is a momentary switch inside. Check that the switch is NOT latching
2. Hold the switch in.
3. Power ON – hold the switch in for 15sec.
4. Release switch.

Surface network address is now set to 192.168.1.2



To perform a network reset on the iLive Touchscreen Computer:
1. Navigate to 'Network Setup' page
2. Hit the 'Reset Network Settings' button.

Surface network address is now set to 192.168.1.3
